Skills Required:

1. Prepare and present accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial statements.

2. Generate and deliver monthly Management accounts reports for informed decision-making.

3. Formulate, track, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.

4. Develop and maintain revenue forecasts to support financial planning.

5. Manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial health and liquidity.

6. Maintain an overview of various statutory compliances, including Income Tax, GST, FCRA, and RoC filings.

7. Liaise effectively with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities.

8. Identify and implement strategies to improve financial processes and controls.

9. Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.

10. May participate in other financial projects as assigned.
